Senior Year Plan

So my whole plan is to get school over with. pretty much. And if I can Ill go to college and learn more about music. I don't want to be anything special like a doctor, or an astronaut, or a president. I just want to be a musician for the rest of my life. Ill try my best in senior year to stay awake and to be able to graduate. and get a job and for a successful band and become big. And if I feel like it ill go to college and become a way better music writer.

3rd college choice

Full Sail University
This university is located in Orlando. If I could chose any of these colleges I would chose this one because it teaches everything you need to know to become a successful musician. It pretty much teaches everything you need to know about the music business.

2nd college choice

University of Houston
This is a university located in houston. Ovbiously.. I herd it had music classes. Not really a big fan of jazz but I still want to learn as much as I can to become a better musician than i am today. And Its close to my home.

1st college choice

University of texas
This is a music college in austin. I want to go there because I want to move to austin. I want to learn music for the rest of my life. And another reason i want to go there is because in austin Heavy Metal bands become big. Here in Houston alternative rock is the most popular thing.

Second Essay

I use to hate playing guitar. Mainly because I sucked at it. During freshmen year I loved playing guitar hero. I got inspired to play guitar after that. I met my guitar teacher frank and I wanted to take the class. The first month sucked because I had a hard time learning. I couldn't even hit one string without hitting the others by accident. I was the worst student in the class. Everyone made me feel like crap everyday. The teacher let me borrow one of his acoustic guitars and i took it home. I took it out and messed with it for like 3 seconds and said. Screw it! Im gonna go play guitar hero. I became an expert on guitar hero. I use to think it was the same thing as playing an actual guitar. I was wrong.
Then one day I was on my roof top thinking about life. I always asked myself what are you gonna do with your life. I don't do well in school much. Playing video games wont get you anywhere in life. So one day i started to observe my class mates in guitar class and copied everything they played. At one point I started to like playing guitar and it became addicting. I practiced pretty much every day because I had nothing better to do with my life. I became the best student after one year of playing guitar. I use to hate playing a real guitar because i felt bad whenever someone was better than me. Now No one is better than me in the entire school.

First essay

I believe that the music industry is garbage these days. 2009 - 2011 are the worst years of the music industry. They are the ones who control what people listen to. What happend to all the good music. Like the 80s when Heavy Metal use to be the biggest genre of music. People no longer recognize good bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Slayer, children of bodom, or dimmu borgir. Alot of people recognize some but most of the people are into either pop or rap or hip-hop. But these days If you mention some crappy mainstream pop singer everyone knows who your talking about.
My main goal is to save the music industry from all that crap. I hate how rap music is alot more popular than rock or metal. Rap music doesnt take much talent at all. Maybe rhyming is the hardest part but other than that its garbage. One of my cousins whos a rapper believes that rap is the best thing ever created. Pssshhh! Its not. he says that just because you can rhyme doesnt mean you got flow. Like.. what the hell is flow? Whatever that gangster crap means its still garbage. And most of the music today is autotuned. I hate autotuned music. It sounds like crap! Its for non talented losers who cant sing! Even I can sing! really crappy but atleast I try.So I believe that I can reach my goal and change the music industry.
